30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee - Terms and Conditions If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or credit less shipping & handling charges. Fill out the information requested on the return slip included with your order. Some restrictions and exceptions do apply:
- All returns MUST include original boxes, packing material, accessories, and manuals in like new condition. All returns are inspected. Allow 1-3 weeks for processing.
- For items damaged in shipping, contact the carrier immediately.
- For defective merchandise, contact customer service for a return authorization (RA) before returning the item(s).
- All returns must be shipped with a reputable carrier and insured for the product's full value. Keep shipping documents for tracking information and insurance claims should your return be lost or damaged. Returns may also be brought to our Zaccardi's retail store - see address below.
- Christmas Returns: We understand that many shoppers like to buy early for Christmas. Christmas gifts purchased after October 31st may be returned by January 20th or within the normal 30 day period, whichever is later and in accordance with all above stated restrictions and exceptions.
Items not meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or repair and replacement costs.Unwarranted credit card charge backs and bounced checks will incur a $25 service charge.
ShippingWe normally ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS at our discretion. Shipping charges vary per item and are calculated based on the weight of the package and the "ship to" address. Shipping costs are calculated real time with information received from the UPS web site. Should the UPS web site be down when you are trying to place your order, you may experience a delay, followed by a $0 shipping charge. You will still be able to place your order. Shipping charges will be added when your order is shipped. Orders received by 8 PM Eastern time normally ship the following business day. Priority shipping charges may be more than indicated based on shipping box size. We will contact you for authorization if actual shipping charges are greater than shown. Estimated ground shipping times are displayed in the map below. The numbers on the map represent transit times and are in addition to the number of days it takes to ship from our warehouse. Please keep in mind that days are considered business days. UPS does not have normal operations on Saturdays, Sunday and holidays. Do not count these days when calculating transit time. Thursday and Friday of Thanksgiving week are UPS holidays. For an additional fee, overnight shipments that ship from our warehouse on a Friday can be delivered on a Saturday or shipped the day before some holidays can be delivered on the holiday. Approximate UPS ground shipping times are displayed on the map below in UPS business days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not UPS business days.)PLEASE NOTE: The UPS guarantee does not apply to UPS Ground shipments that are picked up or scheduled to be delivered between Dec. 12 and Dec. 25.
Time-in-transit notes: On UPS holidays - Dec. 25 and Jan. 1 - there is no time in transit movement for any packages tendered to UPS. Also, Dec. 24 and Dec. 31 are "UPS air and international package" transit days only. For other UPS services, these are not transit days.
